NextComputing support packages include out-of-warranty troubleshooting with a NextComputing technician via TeamViewer remote access.

Cost is per incident.

At checkout, please include the following in the “Order Notes” section.

• System serial number
• Original ship date
• A description of the issue

Terms:

If not resolved remotely, and if an RMA is required for a return to our facility for assessment, the cost of the support package is credited, but a $475 (test/analysis and additional re-imaging) fee applies. If parts are needed to be changed/replaced, only the adder cost of the parts will be applicable.
